Location. The Beachtree Villas Walt Disney World Area in Kissimmee, Fla., are just four miles from family attractions of Walt Disney World. Jungleland, Million Dollar Mulligan and The Water Mania Water Park are all within three miles of the property. Guests are also close to Green Meadows Petting Farm, SeaWorld, World of Orchids, Splendid China and Universal Studios Florida.
Features. Combining resort amenities with residential comforts, Beachtree Villas Walt Disney World Area offers outdoor tennis and basketball courts, modest recreational center with cardiovascular equipment and a weight bench, and an outdoor pool with accompanying hot tub and sauna. Amenities geared toward kids include a game room with pool table and vending machines, and a playground. Guests receive free parking, and are able to park right outside their individual villas.
Guestrooms. Guests choose from two or three bedroom villas, all featuring fully equipped kitchens and ranging from 1,150 to 1,250 square feet. Villas offer a residential suite style setup with separate living and dining rooms. There is a bathroom en suite to the main bedroom and an additional hallway bathroom in each unit. The main bedroom in each unit offers a walk in closet and an additional television. Necessities for vacation home living, including linens, towels, dishes, cookware, and flatware are provided. Cable television and VCRs are standard. Washers and dryers are included.
