Location. The Ocean Key Resort is located on the south end of Virginia Beach, Va., one block from the ocean boardwalk and beach. The Virginia Beach Fishing Center is one block from the hotel. The Virginia Beach Amusement Park is one half mile away. The amusement park offers rides and games.
